Where is Baja Stainless Steel located?
Our shop is in Fortín de las Flores, Tijuana, Baja California, about 15 miles from the Otay Mesa border crossing and roughly 20 minutes from the San Diego airport.
Do you do CNC machining as well as fabrication?
Yes. We fabricate sheet, plate and tube (laser cutting, press brake forming, TIG/MIG welding, finishing) and we machine parts on CNC mills and lathes, so one shop can make the sheet-metal assembly and the machined parts that go into it.
Can U.S. companies order from you?
Yes. Most of our inquiries come from San Diego, Southern California and the wider U.S. We quote in English, coordinate cross-border freight and can deliver near the border or to your site.
Which stainless grades do you work with?
Mainly 304 and 316 stainless steel. We also work in carbon steel (powder coated or galvanized) and aluminum when the project calls for it.
