What does Baja Stainless Steel do?
We are a stainless steel fabrication and CNC machining shop in Tijuana, Baja California. We build custom parts, assemblies and products such as toilet partitions, lockers and work tables for customers in Mexico and the U.S.
Where are you located?
Blvd. Federico Benítez López 15102, Fortín de las Flores, 22114 Tijuana, B.C., about 15 miles from the Otay Mesa border crossing.
Can U.S. and San Diego companies order from you?
Yes. We regularly serve U.S. contractors and businesses in San Diego and Southern California, and we can coordinate delivery near the border or to your site.
Do you offer CNC machining?
Yes, CNC milling and CNC turning of stainless steel, carbon steel and aluminum parts.
Should I choose 304 or 316 stainless steel?
304 suits most indoor uses. 316 resists salt air, moisture and chemicals better and is the better choice near the coast or in washdown areas.
Does stainless steel rust in a bathroom?
Quality stainless steel does not rust under normal bathroom conditions. Chromium forms a protective layer; choosing the right grade and cleaning with non-abrasive products keeps it rust-free for decades.
How much does custom stainless fabrication cost?
Every quote is project-specific: grade, thickness, design complexity, finish and quantity all affect price. Send drawings or measurements for a free quote.
What is your lead time?
It depends on the project. Standard toilet partition orders typically ship in 3 to 6 weeks. We give a lead time with every quote.
How do I clean stainless steel partitions?
Use warm water with mild soap or a stainless cleaner and a soft cloth, wiping with the grain. Avoid steel wool, chlorine bleach and abrasive powders.
