Stainless steel toilet partitions
Heavy-use restroom partitions for stadiums, schools, plants, offices and public buildings. Built in our Tijuana shop and installed at Estadio Xolos de Tijuana.
How they're built
Honeycomb-core panels with welded, polished edges
Doors, pilasters and dividers are made from 22-gauge electro-galvanized steel or 24-gauge 304 stainless steel bonded to a honeycomb core for stiffness. A rounded edge molding joins both faces; edges are MIG or TIG welded and polished smooth.
Painted partitions use TGIC polyester powder coat, applied electrostatically and oven-cured. It gives an even, durable finish rated for indoor and outdoor use.
The Forza model is our standard floor-mounted partition with headrail. For stadiums and other high-abuse locations, our heavier Xolos model is built to resist impact and vandalism.

Toilet partition questions
What materials are your toilet partitions made of?
Doors, pilasters and panels are made from 22-gauge electro-galvanized steel or 24-gauge 304 stainless steel, bonded to a honeycomb core. Edges are joined with a rounded molding, welded (MIG or TIG) and polished so there are no sharp edges.
What colors are available?
Brushed stainless steel, or TGIC polyester powder coat in black matte, black hammertone, three greys, two blues, red, two beiges and white. Other colors can be quoted.
Which partition styles do you offer?
Standard (floor-mounted with headrail), Flat Cut (no headrail), ceiling-hung, and privacy partitions with only 6 inches of floor clearance.
What is the lead time?
Standard partition orders typically ship in 3 to 6 weeks, depending on quantity, material and finish.
