When you request a quote or contact us, we collect what you choose to send:

- Service, material, quantity and delivery location for your project
- Project details and any files you upload, such as drawings, CAD models or photos
- Anything else you include in emails or phone calls with us
We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, sensitive personal data such as health, financial account, government ID or biometric information.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our web server records basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, pages requested and the date and time. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure and fix problems. Our website fonts may be loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the fonts are requested.
We do not currently use advertising cookies, analytics tracking or social media pixels on this site. If that changes, we will update this policy first.

We keep quote requests and project files for as long as needed to respond and follow up, normally up to three years, and keep customer and order records for as long as tax, accounting and customs laws require. After that we delete or anonymize them.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to our website administration and form submissions, and regular backups. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

- Delete your information, or cancel its use
